USE OF THE SITE

Please read, as these terms and conditions apply to you if you choose to use our website.

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time so please check prior to using milife.com.au. If you don’t wish to agree to the terms and conditions, then do not use this website as you are not authorised to do so.

At times the information on this website may not be accurate and we reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions, and to change or update any information without prior notice.

We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received. Once your refund is actioned by us please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to be available again in your account.

Whilst all care is taken when inputting data, pricing and product availability on the website, in the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typing or data error, Mi-Life shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. And await your response to proceed, change or cancel your order.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Mi-Life will always try our best to make sure the goods we advertise and display are always available. Sometimes we sell out or our stock levels are incorrect, in this case we will contact you and as soon as possible and help you with another item.

PAYMENTS

Mi-Life accepts Pay-Pal - Eway payments via Visa and Mastercard - Afterpay. As such we abide by all payment policies set by these providers and expect that you the customer do as well.

To avoid any orders being flagged as fraudulent we ask that all international orders use either PayPal or Afterpay. Shopify has a very high standard of fraud analysis on CC'd payments to which Mi-Life has to adhere to.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the applicable laws. Non faulty returns within two weeks of the first payment will have the option for an exchange or store credit. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.

RISK OF LOSS 

All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

 FRAUD

Our website flags any potentially fraudulent payments and transactions in this event we reserve the right to request that the payment be made through a more secure gateway such as Paypal or Afterpay. Please make sure you provide us with a email address so we can contact you to inform you of any changes to your order. If we deem your order to be of fraudulent nature then we reserve the right to cancel it at any time.

WARRANTY

All our goods carry a warranty covered by the manufacturer of the individual goods. We are as the retailer will handle the warranty on behalf of you the customer. The manufacturer reserves the right to asses any warranty where it feels it needs and as the third party we will follow the assessment of the manufacturer.

 CANCELLATIONS

If you the customer wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If the cancellation is within business hours please contact us in store on 08 9336 7367. If it is after hours please email us at sales@milife.com.au. Once we have shipped the goods you will have to return them at your own cost.

 PRIVACY

Mi-Life is committed to respecting your privacy and the security of your personal information. Once you have a login, you will probably not receive newsletters or EDMs as we are a small store without the resources of major corps that will trick you into buying more stuff. If we contact you after you have bought something it would be because we like it and think you might to. If you no longer want to receive any emails from us just let us know and we wont send them to you.
